This morning I did 3 miles on the treadmill. I was going to go outside but it started snowing really hard so I went to the gym instead. It took me 28:31. My cardio felt really good, and my legs only hurt a little bit. After the run I did 3 sets of 10 slow climbers, 10 plank jacks, 10 alt arm/leg raises, 10 donkey kicks, and 10 plank jump-ins with 2 minutes of rest in between each set.
