I took second at USATF Nationals Cross-Country when I was ten. I was 6th at nationals in the 3000 in 2004. Personal: I did lots of competitive running growing up. I'm now 23 and have fibromyalgia and CFS. I just finished nursing school and am going back for my MSN in a few months, but I want to get back in shape and be able to run again. |

I decided to start blogging again. Today I ran from my house to the christmas tree lot, with my brother, braden, and my dad. It was 7 miles. I ran it at 8:10 pace. It felt good. We picked out a christmas tree and then my mom picked us up and took us back home. |

Went to the gym this morning and lifted weights for an hour. Then at night I wen to the oval. I did 5 laps warm-up. Then I did 2 laps of speed changes. Then I did 4x800. These were my times:
1- 2:50
2- 2:50
3- 2:50
4- 2:58
Then I did 2 laps cooldown. I was really suprised with this workout. I didn't think I was going to be able to do it, but I guess I'm not in as bad of shape as I thought I was. |

| Lifted weights for an hour in the morning. Then at night I went for an easy run with my dad and my brother. We started at Highland high school and ran through the neighborhoods in the area. It was 6 miles. We didn't time it, but it felt like we were going a pretty good pace. |

| Lifted weights for an hour in the morning, ran at the oval late at night. I ran 6 miles. I didn't feel good. I took a nap in the afternoon and woke up with a sore throat and head ache, by the time I started my run my stomach was also bothering me. But I was able to maintain a good pace. |

| I felt sick all day today, and had to leave school early. I planned on doing fartlek today, and was still planning on doing it, but all I could manage was the warm-up which was 1 lap around liberty park. |
