Went to the gym this morning and lifted weights for an hour. Then at night I wen to the oval. I did 5 laps warm-up. Then I did 2 laps of speed changes. Then I did 4x800. These were my times:
1- 2:50
2- 2:50
3- 2:50
4- 2:58
Then I did 2 laps cooldown. I was really suprised with this workout. I didn't think I was going to be able to do it, but I guess I'm not in as bad of shape as I thought I was. |
