AM- This morning we ran from the track up to Sunnyside park. We did 1 lap warm-up, then we did a 2 mile tempo. Then we did 1 lap cooldown and back to the track.
PM- Today we had the option to run on the roads or stay on the track. I chose to stay on track because it would be softer and flat. We did 1 mile warm-up, 2 miles of speed changes, and 1 mile cooldown. (Evolution 30) |
