I took second at USATF Nationals Cross-Country when I was ten. I was 6th at nationals in the 3000 in 2004. Personal: I did lots of competitive running growing up. I'm now 23 and have fibromyalgia and CFS. I just finished nursing school and am going back for my MSN in a few months, but I want to get back in shape and be able to run again. |

| I went for a 5 mile run from sunnyside park. It ended up being a little bit over 5 miles, and it took me 41:55, so 8:09 pace. I was taking it easy so I was suprised I ended up going that fast, but it felt really good and my shin didn't hurt. |

| Today we did a 2 mile warm-up. Then we did 5 hills on the state course. They were .25 each. I ran them in 1:40, 1:41, 1:43, 1:43, and 1:40. Then we did 5 strides and a 2 mile cooldown. 3x15 push-ups 40 minutes of pool running |

We did 2 laps in the gully for a warm-up. Then we did 5 strides. Then we did a circuit of 30 seconds burpees, sprint, 30 seconds jumping jacks, sprint, 30 seconds squats, sprint, 30 seconds mountain climbers, sprint. Then we did 20 minutes of fartlek. 10x1 minute on, 1 minute off. Then we jogged a little over a half mile cooldown.

3x60 lunges
3x40 sit-ups
40 minutes biking and 20 minutes stretching |

| Today we did our bike run relay. We had 2 man teams and we went 10 miles alternating biking and running every mile. It felt pretty easy but it was still fun. |

I did about a two mile warm-up. Then I did some high knees and butt kicks. Then 3 strides before my miles. I did 2x1 mile with about 5 minutes in between. My times were 6:13 and 6:15. It felt really good. My legs feel strong but I'm definetely lacking in cardiovascular fitness. I'll have to work on that more. After I did a two mile cooldown.

| I went for a run that was almost 5 miles. I just ran easy. It took me 40 minutes. My shins hurt a little bit, and afterward my knee hurt. Hopefully by tomorrow my knee will be ok. |

| I did my long run today. I went for 11 miles and then I did 5 strides. It ended up being 11.5 miles and it took me 1:35:27, so 8:18 pace. My knee didn't hurt at all. My shins only hurt a little. I felt really good and my legs weren't tired at all, and I got my miles for the week :) |
