Today I was feeling good so I did a warm-up on the grass at the track and then 10 barefoot strides on the football field. I felt really good but after the strides when I put my shoes back on my leg was hurting so I stopped I don't know if my leg is ready for strides yet.
I did a lap around the block that was 2 miles then a lap at Sunnyside park and a lap in the gully. My leg didn't hurt till about 2.5 miles in. Other than that I felt good about the run. It was really hot outside though.
Ran a 5k with my 8 year old brothers so it was slow, and I accidentally wore my 14 year old brothers shoes which were too small and didn't have orthotics so my leg hurt pretty bad.
