I jogged 3 laps slow then 2 laps of speed changes then 1 lap slow. Then we had a meeting and after the meeting I jogged 2 laps to re-warmup. Then I did 3x400 in 78, 77, 77. Then I did 6x200 in 35, 35, 35, 35, 34, 33. Then I had to hurry to work so I didn't have time for a cool down. |
