Started by doing 2 laps around the school then we did a loop from the school running south on 1300 e. to 1700 s. Then down 1700 s. to 900 e. Then north on 900 e. to 900 s. and back to the school. the run felt good and I was able to push the pace. I feel like I'm starting to get my fitness back but it still isn't to where I would like it to be. |
