I took second at USATF Nationals Cross-Country when I was ten. I was 6th at nationals in the 3000 in 2004.

Personal:

I did lots of competitive running growing up. I'm now 23 and have fibromyalgia and CFS. I just finished nursing school and am going back for my MSN in a few months, but I want to get back in shape and be able to run again.

Ran 4 miles by my house. I ran down to holladay boulevard and then up millrock road to wasatch and then back to my house from wasatch. I felt good I ran 9:04 pace. It didn't feel too hard and at the end I felt like I could have gone further.

I ran 4 miles from my house. I went 2 miles out and back. I ran about 9 minute pace so basically the same as yesterday. It didn't feel as good as yesterday but it was colder outside so I wasn't as motivated to do the run which probably made it harder for me mentally.

Started by doing 2 laps around the school then we did a loop from the school running south on 1300 e. to 1700 s. Then down 1700 s. to 900 e. Then north on 900 e. to 900 s. and back to the school. the run felt good and I was able to push the pace. I feel like I'm starting to get my fitness back but it still isn't to where I would like it to be.

Today we started by doing a lap around the school then we did some things in the weight room then we ran up to the track and did a mile of speed changes and then back to the school. My legs felt sluggish on the speed changes and I couldn't really open up but other than that I felt really good.

Today I went for a run from the school with alice. It was 4.5 miles. I think we ran about 9 minute pace but im not sure because we didn't have a watch. We ran out to 2100 s. then down to 900 e. and then back to 900 s. and back up to the school. This is the furthest run I've done since I started back again.
