We warmed up today by doing a loop around the block by cottonwood complex. Then we did 10 100 meter strides. Then we did 2x25 crunches and 2x10 push-ups.Then everyone played ultimate frisbee, but I'm not really a fan of that game so I watched then I jogged about a mile with my dad and emily.
