Woke up this morning, and my calves were so sore! I'm not sure why. I goofed off in the weight room a little bit yesterday, but I don't think I did anything that would make my calves sore. Hmmm? Anyways. Warmed up a little bit before the race, then I did some strides then we ran the race. I didn't really feel like racing so I probably could have done better if I was more motivated. It was a 3k and it took me 12:44 which is about 4:15 a k give or take a couple of seconds. After the race we jogged the course once more. (Hayward 116) |
