Today we ran up to the track. We did 2 sections starting down in the parking lot and running up to the track. We were supposed to push a few different sections each time. Both times took me about 2 minutes. Then we went back down to the school and did some stuff in the weight room. The running felt good but I'm still so out of shape that its just hard cardiovascularly and not too bad on my legs. Hopefully my heart will catch up with my legs soon. |
