Today was the first day of school :( so our workout was at 2:30. I am definetly not used to the heat, so it was really hard. We did a 2 mile warm-up around the block. Then we did 10x200 at a pretty comfortable pace, at least it should have been but it was so hot that they still felt hard. Most of them were around 45 seconds. We did them continous, jogging 200 in between. Then for our cooldown we did 2 laps slow. Tomorrow we have a 5k, which I'm excited for because it's the first race of our season! (Pegasus 306) |
