Today I ran 3 miles by my school. I ran south on 1300 e till 1700 s. Then dropped down 1700 s. to 1100 e. Then back to my school. It felt good. It took me about 26 minutes so under 9 minute pace and it didn't feel too hard so hopefully my fitness is coming back. I'm a little sore but that will go away. Other than that I'm pain free. It's so nice to be able to run without pain it's been almost a year since I've been able to do that. |
