This morning I ran a 5k. When I started the warm-up I was hurting quite a bit and didn't really feel like racing. As far as I could tell it didn't look like there were going to be any fast girls so I decided just to run to win. It ended up being more of a tempo run. It felt great and I wasn't tired at all. These were my splits 6:35, 6:45, 6:42, and 35. I ended up winning so that was good. Afterwards I did a cooldown to finish off my miles for the week. |
