Personal:

I did lots of competitive running growing up. I'm now 23 and have fibromyalgia and CFS. I just finished nursing school and am going back for my MSN in a few months, but I want to get back in shape and be able to run again.

Today I ran the Heart of Holladay 5k. I warmed up about a mile and a half. I was a little bit sore but once I started running I didn't notice it. Then we ran the race. My first mile was a 6:55, then a 7:14, then a 7:27, and the last tenth was in 41 seconds. It was a good race. My legs were exhausted by the end ecspecially after running up the hill. Overall, I was happy with the race, now I just need to improve my time.

Bre, nice job. I do not race well after doing 200s just 2 days before. This looks like a tough effort! Well done.
