Warmed up 1 lap around the park. Then I did 3 laps of speed changes and 1 lap slow. Then I did an 800 in 3:00. 2x400 in 1:20 and 1:24 and then 8x200. We jogged one lap in between the 800 and 400's. After the 200's we jogged a 200 meter recovery. For our cooldown, we did about a mile of jogging around the park. (Hayward 141) |
