We did a 5 mile loop from the track that goes up past the zoo and through the golf course. I felt sick on the run and stopped a couple of times, but when I had about a mile to go I started to push really hard. It felt good, then when we got to the track my dad had us do 2x300 walking a 100 in between. I did them all out. Overall it was a good workout. (Hayward 85) |
