AM- This morning we ran 3 miles at a good pace. My hamstring in my right leg was bothering me until it warmed up, then it was fine. PM- We warmed up a mile and a half, then we did some strides and ran the race. My time was 19:06. It was an out and back course, I ran back 30 seconds faster than I went out. I couldn't motivate myself to push harder because there wasn't anyone nearby. Then we cooled down about a mile. (Hayward 59)
