AM- We met at the track. Then we ran up to Sunnyside park. We did one lap warm-up, then we did fartlek. We did 5 sets of 2 minutes fast, 1 minute slow. Then we did 5 strides, and ran back to the track for our cooldown.
PM- We warmed up 1 mile slow, then we did 2x300. Then we went for a run. We probably only went about 3 miles. I'm not sure where we went. (Hayward 29) |
