Today I had a really good workout. We did one mile slow. Then we did a mile of speed changes and one lap slow. Then we were supposed to do 10-12 400's. I did the first ten in 75-79. I thought I was done, but a few people were doing all 12 so I decided to finish with them. I did the last two,and my legs felt horrible. In between we jogged one lap slow and then rested till it was 6 minutes. For a cooldown I could only do 1 lap because I was so tired. I did the whole thing in Pegasus because I only brought my spikes which have 1/2" spikes in them and so I couldn't wear them on the track. (Pegasus 360) |
