AM- This morning I ran to sugar house park. We did the hill on the state course 5 times, then we ran back. PM- Tonight we did speed work. We did 1 mile warm-up, then 1 mile of speed changes and 1 lap slow. Then we did a ladder of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, 800, 600, 400, 200. Then we did 4 laps cooldown. Im not sure of all of my times but my first 200 was a 38, then my 400 was a 1:25, my last 200 was a 35. (Evolution 42) |
