AM- Ran from the school down to liberty park. Did 10x1 minute fartlek. Then we finished the lap and jogged back up to the track. It was 5 miles.
PM- Ran from the track through the U campus up to shriners hospital and then back. It was also 5 miles for the day, so a total of 10. I got some new shoes that help with pronation. I think I am pronating and that is why my shin is hurting based on where the pain is. The shoes seem to help. With the new shoes it is much more manegable. (Evolution 10) |
