Today we ran at Liberty Park. We did 1 lap to warm-up then we did 10x1 minutes. I didn't do them very hard because of the race tomorrow. I was at about 7 minute pace and then 9 minute pace on the slow part. Those took 2 laps, then we did 1 lap cooldown. It felt good but my legs are a little bit tired. (Pegasus 268) |
