Today I had a good workout. I was pretty sore from some drills we did yesterday, but I don't think it slowed me down too much. We did a 2 mile warm-up. Then we did 5 strides. Then we did about the last 500 meters of our region course. We did it 5 times. The first 250 meters were uphill, then about 75 meters of downhill, and the rest was flat. I didn't get my time on the first one, but on the last 4 they were: 1:54, 1:53, 1:54, 1:53. Then we did a different section of our region course 3 times. It was a short uphill and then about 200 meters of downhill. Each one was just over 300 meters. My times were: 1:13, 1:11, 1:10. Then we did a cooldown around the park. I was happy with the workout.
