I took second at USATF Nationals Cross-Country when I was ten. I was 6th at nationals in the 3000 in 2004.
I ran 2 miles.
Went for 3 mile run, then later ran 1.5 on the treadmill.
I did elliptical for 10 minutes, but then switched to the bike for 20. I also did some weights.
I biked for 20 minutes, lifted some weights and also did some pool running.
I went for a run from my house and to old mill and back. I took it easy and my leg didn't really hurt.
