I took second at USATF Nationals Cross-Country when I was ten. I was 6th at nationals in the 3000 in 2004.

Personal:

I did lots of competitive running growing up. I'm now 23 and have fibromyalgia and CFS. I just finished nursing school and am going back for my MSN in a few months, but I want to get back in shape and be able to run again.

I ran one mile slow then 3 laps of speed changes and one lap slow for my warm-up. Then I did an 800 in 3:07 with 2 laps recovery. Then I did 8x200 with 200 recovery. The 200's felt good they were all in about 37. Then I jogged 2 laps for my cool down.

Ran up to Sunnyside park and then did a lap warmup and then 2 laps of fireman. Then 10 strides and 1 lap cooldown.

Did 2 laps slow then 3 laps of speed changes and 1 lap slow. Then we did a mile I did it in 6:18 staying at an even pace the whole time. Then we jogged 1 lap and did 6x400. My times were 1:25, 1:27, 1:26, 1:23, 1:24, 1:19. The team had a different person lead each time and we were supposed to shoot for 1:30. We jogged about 100 meters in between each one. Our cooldown was 2 grass laps, so about a mile.

Ran down to liberty park, then did a ladder. 1 minute on, then 2, 3, 4, 3, 2, 1 jogging 1 minute in between each thing. Then we finished the lap at liberty and ran back to the school.
