Today our school did a one mile fun run. I warmed up and then ran the mile in 6:10. I was pushing but I wasn't very competitive about it so I probably could have ran faster, but I don't really care I'm still out of shape. Then after the mile a few people from the team went on a short two mile run. My leg only hurt a little bit but not that much. I think it's just from starting to run again. |
