We went to this little 5k today, and nobody was their. I was the first woman by 10 minutes and I ran really slow. My splits were 7:23, 8:29, 9:17 (last split 1.1). I slowed down as I realized that there was nobody nearby. After the race we went to a really cool TOSH open house. They talked about the different programs that they offer. It sounded like it might be good to try. Has anyone tried TOSH, if so did you like it, did it help? |
