AM- This morning I was went for a nice easy run. I ran 2 laps around sugar house park(4 miles). It took me 35:49. My toe was hurting today, and my legs were a little bit tired, but other than that it was a good run.
PM- This afternnoon I did a really light workout, just to loosen up my legs. I ran 2 laps slow. Then I did 10x100 meter strides, and then two laps slow. It was a good easy workout. |
