I had kind of an odd workout today. I ran the first part at the oval. I ran 2 laps warm-up and then 3 laps of speed changes and then one lap slow. Then I did 1x600, I did it in 2:09. Then I went home and ran to the gym (2 miles) and at the gym I did 3x1 mile repeats. I did them at somewhere in between tempo pace and speed pace. My times were 6:50, then 6:40, then 6:23. I rested 5 minutes in between each one. Then I ran back to my house. My overall time for the second workout was 1 hour. It felt good, but on the way back my legs were tired. |
