AM- We had a good workout this morning, we did one mile warm-up and then one mile of speed changes, and then one lap slow. Then we did 12x200's, jogging a 200 in between, no stopping or walking. My times were: 37, 37, 38, 39, 39, 38, 38, 38, 38, 38, 37, 35. Then we did 7 laps cooldown. |
