Today we ran from the track up to the trail head by the zoo, then we ran on the shoreline trail to dry creek. After that we ran back down to the school through the U's campus. When we got to the track we did 10x100 meter striders. Most of mine were at either 14 or 15 seconds. The run felt good but my calves got tired going up the hills. I did the trail part pretty slow it took me 1:16:36. I was running with Russell, Steve, Jonathan, Clayton, and Braden. We also did 2 sets of 25 crunches when we were done. |
