Wow, I am so out of shape! I had a track workout today. I did a mile warm-up a mile of speed changes, and then for the workout. I did a mile (6:34) then 3x400 I was supposed to do 6 but decided 3 was plenty since I'm just starting back up. They ranged from 1:20-1:30. It was a good workout, my knee was still hurting, and my mouth still hurts when I run. Afterwards I stretched for about 5 minutes. |
