This morning I took a pilates class at the gym before school, it was fun and different I think i'm going to start doing pilates and yoga to improve strength and flexibility.
Today we had practice, we ran from the school to 2100 s. on 1300 e. then we turned and went to 2100 s. and 900 e. Then we took 900 e. to 900 s. and then ran back up to the school and did a loop around the school. It was a tough workout, especially the hill at the end, but I really liked the route we took it was a fun run. My left knee hurts a little bit but only if I think about it. After I stretched for about 10 minutes. |
