I took second at USATF Nationals Cross-Country when I was ten. I was 6th at nationals in the 3000 in 2004.

Personal:

I did lots of competitive running growing up. I'm now 23 and have fibromyalgia and CFS. I just finished nursing school and am going back for my MSN in a few months, but I want to get back in shape and be able to run again.

I ran 6 miles today on a trail. The trail was really rocky so it was hard to run fast because we had to be careful not to fall. It took us 57:24, so 9:34 pace. My leg hurt on the way back down but not too bad. I still need to be careful with it though. We saw lots of bear tracks on the trail, but luckily no bears.

Tonight I went with my dad on his run. I rode the bike while he ran, but he rolled his ankle during the run so I let him ride the bike the rest of the way while I ran, so I got 2 more miles.

Which trail? I'm from Holladay too and run a lot of trails around in these local canyons.

Never mind. I just read that you were in Montana. I've never been to Montana and wouldn't have a clue what you're talking about.
