AM- Went for a long run around the VA and then did 2x300 at 55 and 54. It felt really good. PM- I did a mile warm-up, then a mile of speed changes and 1 lap slow. Then I did a 2000, a 1000, and 4x400. My times were: 7:31, 3:40, 1:16, 1:17, 1:17, 1:17. Then I did about a mile cool down. On the last 400 my legs were really tired and shaking but I still finished pretty strong. After I did a 20 minute ice bath. |
