AM- Same loop as yesterday, but I did it backwards today. I ran in 40:15 which is slower than yesterday, but doing it backwards made most of the run downhill so I had to hold back to protect my shins.
PM- Did three laps slow, then 2 laps of speed changes and 1 lap slow. Then I did 2x800 my times were 2:51 and 2:52. Then we did 2x400 my times were 1:19 and 1:19. Then we did 5x200 and my times were 37, 37, 36, 36, 36. Then we did 5x100. |
