AM: 27:42wu/27:32cd 10 x :25 w/1` recovery. The :25 are very fast (for me) - A cyclist came up next to me and said "you are running 10 mph" (6 min pace - it was one of the uphill portions). I was surprised. I was at work until very late, then I went to change into my running clothes ... drat - I had: socks, shoes, running bra, shirt, and that is all ... no shorts. I will try to "make up" the missing 2nd run tomorrow. |
