AM: (10 miles 1:26:xx). I reset my watch and forgot to write down the time, doh! but, I remember what I did, because it felt hard -- harder than last week. 10 miles with the last 20` at steady state pace (just under threshold pace - last 2.x miles, my "benchmark" was 16:18, on the way out it was 18:49). PM: easy 4, again, in the dark (the one bad thing about fall). Pretty tired. I am too old for this stuff ;-) |
