AM: (9.5 miles, 1:18:42). Man oh man, I am glad to get that out of the way! My first "stamina" workout since last February! 20:24wu/19:57cd + 1` 2` 3` 4` 4` 3` 2` 1` w/equal recovery -- on my usual hilly terrain. Doesn't really look like much I write it down, but it is actually a challenging workout when you aren't used to running fast! It was great though, I don't know the pace, but it doesn't matter ... I ran hard, held on when it hurt, and now I feel a little more confident about getting back into it! yea. PM: easy 4. I hope you are all training hard, but taking time to enjoy the Fall!!! |
