AM: (11 miles, 1:31:55). 30:14wu/28:26cd 6 x 800 w/400 recovery (3:26, 3:25, 3:24, 3:23, 3:23, 3:23; average 2:30 recovery). I wasn't sure how I was going to do with these ... last March I ran 3:22, 3:22, 3:20, 3:20, 3:19, 3:19 .... but, it wasn't nearly as hot then (85F and sunny) and I haven't done anything like this since then ... so, I guess I am ok happy; you have to start somewhere ;-). I met a woman who was coaching a guy doing 400's on the track, he is a professional olympic distance triathlete ... he was pretty fast. She used to be a professional runner in the 90s (was in the Olympics 3 times). I actually ran "sprints" with her, as we timed her athlete, Stu. It was fun! PM: easy 4. Happy Thursday bloggers!
