Alright, I'm sorta feeling left out as everyone can run, and I can't;  so, I decided to try a two-hundred sit-up challenge and wanted to invite any of my fellow fastrunningblog runners to try it with me.  I have also invited the local South Davis Road Runners club to do it to.  It should be fun.  Here's a link to more information:

Okay, I did my initial test and was able to do 156 solid crunches...I'm starting on week 5, column 3 so I can have two weeks of a challenge.  Anyone else want to try it with me?

I keep forgetting to check your blog! You will be back running in no time at all...I think I will try the sit up challenge but I don't want to start in the middle of the week so I will wait until Monday. (I still need to do the push up challenge too)

I'll try it.
