Okay, so I am doing all the exercises I have been prescribed...I am getting more out of shape everyday, but healing well...ugh!  The only good thing about this is that I will appreciate being whole one day again (or at least better).  

Been cycling in the morning on my roadbike/trainer.  The weather has been perfect to go on a run, but I can't...ugh!  Anyone listening - please run a fast mile or two for me...

 Alright, I'm sorta feeling left out as everyone can run, and I can't;  so, I decided to try a two-hundred sit-up challenge and wanted to invite any of my fellow fastrunningblog runners to try it with me.  I have also invited the local South Davis Road Runners club to do it to.  It should be fun.  Here's a link to more information:

Okay, I did my initial test and was able to do 156 solid crunches...I'm starting on week 5, column 3 so I can have two weeks of a challenge.  Anyone else want to try it with me?

I must admit, it is hard for me to log - I just don't like to write negative stuff.  But, I do miss running so bad.  I am trying to patiently heal but can't help to feel like I am getting out of shape.  It is hard to read about others having such great runs and races and not feel like I want to be there doing it too...so I have stayed away.  I do look forward to seeing all of the runners on Saturday, but it's hard to just walk while watching everyone run off...I guess I will continue to be patient and let me body heal.  I am happy that others can run, I just miss it.

I have been doing my exercises and cycling indoors, so I'm not completely out-of-shape.  My friend Barbara took 6th at World's (triathlon) today...I could have been there (and should have)...I could have been top 10.  Ouch!

I have been doing my arm exercised and my PT added some resistance on Monday - so I am using bands.  I am so thrilled, as now I feel like I am getting a workout.  I feel my arm getting stronger.  15 days until I can run again.  I can't wait.
