Personal:
Married, we have one daughter so far. I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Rob Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. I also ran for Southern Utah University.
Long run with Jake in pleasent view. Got over 1200 feet of elevation gain. Mileage should get back up to 30-40 per week once I get into my new house next week. Still hoping to be over 1200 miles for 2024, I want to run over 2000 in 2025.
