It was more than 8 but we can round down. I did very well at today's track workout, it was high intensity and I still finished 1-3 on all of them, including 1st on the 2nd to last and 2nd on the last one. I've been very consistent on the track lately and I've been improving a lot, I'd go as far as to say I'm faster than I've ever been, maybe with the exception of the 400m. My body has grown stronger since I was 18 and I'm carrying less weight, things are clicking. Cool down felt really good. |
