Got to the track late, been a busy couple weeks. I ran the cross country course in the dark for 2.5 miles and then I a bit on the track. My foot was bothering me so I called it early and walked another lap. It's strange, it feels like the skin on my foot is being stretched when I run. Kind os similar to running on a thorn. It's not very painful yet but I wanted to be careful.

Ran to the track and did a workout. My head was aching and overall I wasn't feeling great so I went home a bit early. I get headaches/head pressure whenever I run hard, but I had always assumed it was part of my asthma, but I decided to research it.

Apparently it's actually related to my nasal polyps and deviated septum, the nasal polyps are caused by asthma though so.. I was partially right. I've also had chronic sinusitis since I was a child and researching all this stuff... it seems like I will feel a lot better once I get surgery at the end of the year.
