2 warm up miles, 7:06 and then 6:46. 800m in 2:31 (74.6, 76.8) Lap recovery in between reps (2:06) 400m in 72 200m recovery (1:07) 400m in 69 Lap recovery and then jogged home, some walking because I brought my phone and pokemon go was calling. Felt better than I have recently. The 800m was pretty smooth up until the last 200m, which is way better than last weeks even if it was slower. 400m were somewhat hard efforts, the 69 still felt like a little too hard of an effort. But I'll wait a few more weeks before I start trying to do shorter/quicker pace workouts. |
