Ran up milcreek canyon today. Averaged 7:35. I ran up 4.6 miles with 1400 feet of elevation gain in 39/40 minutes and then ran back down in under 30 minutes. Felt a little tired towards the end but I would love to do Jupiter peak if it's on next month. I'll have to check. Not going to try and win or anything of course, just love that race.

Mile warm up

Hot wing mile

2 garlic parm chicken tenders

Lap

2 hot wing tenders

Lap

2 Carolina reaper tenders, took my a long time to get these down because I ran our of water and they were really dry and crispy.

Lap

Last dab renders

Final lap.

I lost to talon by a few minutes, but beat jake an henry by a solid amount too. Nothing quite as exciting as last weeks finish. I was kind of hanging on to talon until we got to the Carolina reaper, he'd built up a good lead on me and he threw those down incredibly fast. No idea how he did it, one tough dude.

Cool down mile.

This one was painful, but I had a great time and would do it again. Not for a while though.
