Married, we have one daughter so far. I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Rob Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. I also ran for Southern Utah University.

Nothing like a windy stroller run while listening to the rigged NBA lottery. I haven't been following the NBA that closely since the Rudy/don trades but the whole situation with the Mavs has revealed that league to be about as legitimate as the WWE.

Somehow got through my jump roping at the park despite the 20 mpw winds. Just a quarter mile of barefoot running, most of which being short strides.

Went with Jake and parked on and ran part of Bonneville shoreline trail over to the ogden half/marathon course and

ran the last 4 miles or so of Koltens race with him. The ran back up to where we parked. Felt pretty good until about mile 9/10. I've got a lot of work to do before I'm ready for a full marathon.
